Noice is an audio streaming platform that provides podcasts, audiobooks, radio, and live audio content. This section represents my work internship experience as a People Creative Intern (HR Visual Designer), where I supported internal communication and employee engagement through visual design.

In this role, I handled a wide range of design needs for HR, including visuals for employee events, hiring campaigns, birthdays, and internal initiatives. I developed visually engaging Instagram and LinkedIn feed content for @lifeatnoice, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and communication objectives. I also designed posters and graphics, including motion assets, for employee events, focusing on clear messaging and consistency with each event’s theme.

Beyond digital content, I created internal merchandise such as stickers, presentation decks, and other branded materials to strengthen company culture and internal identity. I also developed design templates for employee birthdays and work anniversaries, allowing for personalized yet consistent monthly celebrations. Additionally, I organized and maintained the employee portal web interface, optimizing user experience and accessibility to support internal communication across the company.
